Who we are

What we collect
Name, email, phone, country, pass type and optional dance role for each attendee, plus order and check-in records. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our payment provider — we never see or store card numbers.
Why we process it
To issue your digital ticket and QR code, to manage registration and check-in, to contact you with essential event information, and to meet our accounting obligations.
Retention
Order data is kept for the period required by Greek tax law. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data by emailing victoria.kizzarte@gmail.com.
